Cebu; Queen City of the South…im proud…but on the hindsite…is cebu really the queen city of the south or queen city of street obstructions..uncontrolled trisikad and drivers…plenty of mobile bakery stores..vulcanizing stores occupying most if not all of the streets..my goodness….anyway, u can look at the pictures yourselves…

Look at what this City is doing? None..nil..zilch..nada..as if these obstructions never existed at all…
